Customer Reviews

"Crafty Monkey is a great place to get creative with your kids! I spent a couple of hours with my 4 year old son decorating a beer mug and plate for his Daddy's 40th birthday, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, and Chrissy was most helpful with ideas and suggestions to a complete novice like me! Am definitely going back for more, lots of great gift ideas in the shop to make and do!  Go, Crafty Monkey!"

"Popped in to Crafty Monkey with my two daughters (aged 7 and 9) on Saturday to see what the new shop was all about. Was met with a warm welcome and advice on how the shop worked. My girls decided they would like to paint a piece each so were shown what to do and were left to carry on and have fun. Any questions they had were answered and any help they needed given. They absolutely loved it.... so much so I've booked for my eldest daughter to have a craft party there. The staff are great and the kids enjoyed it so much we will definately be visiting again.....See you soon!"

"Hours of fun to be had Monkeying around!

What a wonderful idea, I thought? Instead of getting another disney DVD that, lets face it wil only be watched once, I will take the neice and nephew to Crafty Monkey. A friend of mine told me that you can choose from frames, cups, plates and loads more and have them paint and decorate it until their heart's content! It is a great idea for a present with a difference, and you get something to keep, the little darlings let me have theirs! Bless them! I even had a go myself! I love it and am hooked. Friendly service and a wonderful little art room, you will feel like a kid again! Give it a go!"

"My family love Crafty Monkey and it's a great place for all ages - my two year old loves it as much as my 13 year old and it's not just for kids.  Fun for adults too.  It's lovely to see the pleased look on your children's faces when we go back and see how, what they have made has come out. The quality of the pottery is great and you can make wonderful gifts.

One of my daughters has had a pottery painting party at Crafty Monkey and she loved it.  It really is a great idea for a party and good for parents too as it was such a relaxing experience and I couldn't believe how peaceful the children were.  My two year old was also able to join in.

My two eldest daughters have also been on one of their sewing workshops and thoughroughly enjoyed it."

"Hello, this is just a big thank you for making my daughter's 11th Birthday really special.  My daughter and all her friends had a fantastic time and enjoyed themselves immensely.  It made a change to the usual swimming, cinema, disco parties.  Also, all her friends get to keep something to remember her party. These parties are not just for the younger children the older children still enjoy painting and being creative. Once again a big thank you."
